Besides resolving to spend more time following track & field, my other resolutions are all training-centered. I don't do much about my own running here, partly because running at my speeds is commonplace, but also because training blogs are boring. To quote a comedian who made fun of Jim Fixx: "What do you write? Left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot..."
Nevertheless, here they are:
Run every single day (minimum 1 km)
Total 5,000 km or more
Lose 10% of body weight
Break half-marathon "PR"
That last one is in quotes because when I was in college, I regularly ran 13-mile Sunday hangover runs at a faster pace than my current official half-marathon PR.
