Hi Jesse, have you seen the PBS home video "The Real Olympics"? A good one! It talks about the form and spirit of ancient Greek Olympics. At the end, it talks about banned substance in morden days, I believe one professor said that according to ancient Greek's Olympics spirit, that victory is the only thing matter, they might use drugs if they had any. That's interesting.

Yes, I've seen it. (Not much on track or Olympic history gets by me!) On the other hand, they wouldn't even let women watch the competition, let alone compete. Different times, different attitudes.
